Historic Charm and Great Service

christmas decorationsdelicious breakfastfriendly catair conditioning
The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was delicious and included many options. The complimentary toiletries and biscuits were a nice touch. I also enjoyed seeing the friendly cat (a true highlight!).
The room was too hot, and there was no air conditioning. I spoke to reception and they moved me to a garden-facing room. This second room was more comfortable and cooler.
Service

The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. They were readily available to assist with questions. The reception helped me to move to another, cooler room.
